All products sold on Implo.ai are digital assets delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
We offer refunds at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase under the circumstances outlined below.
When we will issue a refund
We may approve a refund request if:
- The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- The product does not match its description in a material way
- The product was accidentally purchased and has not been downloaded or accessed
- There is a proven technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described
When we will not issue a refund
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have already been downloaded or accessed
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with tools or platforms not listed in the product compatibility information
- Requests made more than 14 days after the date of purchase
Our discretion
Implo.ai reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to issue partial refunds, store credit, or alternative resolutions where appropriate.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@implo.ai within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Vendor responsibilities
Individual sellers on Implo.ai are responsible for ensuring their products are accurately described and functioning as listed. If a product is found to be misrepresented, Implo.ai reserves the right to issue a refund on behalf of the vendor and take appropriate action against the seller account.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
